Job Summary
Prepare and execute all menu items for dine-in and to-go according to LPQ ticket standards; keep all kitchen areas clean and organized; assist Kitchen Manager with par levels and prep sheets; conduct line checks for quality; follow opening, mid, and closing procedures; adhere to Le Pain Quotidien cleaning and food safety checklists; operate with proper tools, equipment, and ingredients; contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 months restaurant experience
- knife-handling experience a plus
- flexibility in schedule preferred
- ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen
- ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
