Job Summary
Prep and execute all menu items, including seasonal and specials, adhering to LPQ ticket standards for dine-in and to-go. Maintain restaurant cleanliness by following checklists, assisting with dish cleaning, and detailing kitchen equipment. Support the Kitchen Manager with food par levels, line checks for quality control, and opening, mid, and closing procedures. Complete all food safety checklists to ensure proper handling. Requires 1–3 months of restaurant experience, knife-handling skills, and schedule flexibility. Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $23.00 plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or 3 months of related restaurant experience or training
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
Desired Qualifications
- Previous knife-handling experience a plus
- Flexibility in schedule
- Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen preferred
