Job Summary
Prepare and execute all menu items for dine-in and to-go by LPQ ticket standards, keep areas clean and organized, assist with maintaining proper food par levels, use prep sheets, conduct line checks for quality control, follow opening/closing procedures and kitchen checklists, follow cleaning and food safety protocols, and be eligible for cross-training in all kitchen areas. The role values knife-handling skills, flexibility in schedule, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or 3 months of related restaurant experience or training
- Previous knife-handling experience a plus
