Job Summary
Prepare and execute all menu items for dine-in and to-go by LPQ ticket standards; keep all kitchen areas clean and organized; assist Kitchen Manager in maintaining proper food par levels and using prep sheets; conduct line checks for quality; follow opening, mid, and closing procedures; adhere to Le Pain Quotidien cleaning and food safety checklists for proper handling; cross-training in all kitchen areas is preferred; knife-handling experience is a plus; strong teamwork and ability to follow prep and safety protocols in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or 3 months of related restaurant experience or training
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
