Job Summary
The Cook position involves preparing and cooking orders timely, managing inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen. Required Qualifications
- At least one year experience of cooking on a fast paced kitchen line and food preparation experience
- Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking, following recipes, portion control, and presentation
- Strong communication skills
- Reading and writing abilities
- Mathematical skills including basic math, percentages, and quantities
Desired Qualifications
- Culinary certified training preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
