Job Summary
Receive and prepare food orders for a specific cuisine according to memorized standard recipes, coordinating pick-up orders and maintaining workstation cleanliness. Monitor waste through proper rotation and storage, manage station inventory to maintain pars, and consistently apply safety and sanitation procedures. This role requires a minimum of six months of cook experience, the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 pounds, plus any necessary licenses or certifications.
