Job Summary
Cook - Line I position performing line setup and cooking per menu periods and banquets; reads and executes orders and recipes, leads and directs others to maintain standards, adheres to health and food safety policies, participates in cleaning schedules, and collaborates with Chefs to ensure banquet and daily service excellence. Requires ServSafe certification eligibility, CPR willingness, minimum two years of Cook-to-Order experience, ability to stand, walk, and lift, and on-site responsibilities at Greensboro, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in preparing fine foods with “Cook to Order” experience
- Ability to obtain ServSafe Certificate
- CPR Required or willing to obtain
- Must have the ability to stand, walk, and lift often
- Ability to read and execute orders and recipes as written in a desired time table set forth by the management team
