Prepare a variety of wings, pizzas, sandwiches, poultry, and vegetables using fryers, broilers, ovens, grills, and stovetops. Communicate with kitchen team members to ensure timely preparation of fresh hot menu items while maintaining 100% responsibility for product quality. Stock food products, maintain sanitary work stations, and properly prep ingredients according to appendices. Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules. Rotate products, assist with off-peak prep, and close the kitchen per checklist. Full-time and part-time roles available with pay ranging from $18 to $25 per hour.
