Job Summary
Prepare tasteful, nutritionally balanced meals based on pre-planned menus while maintaining quality standards and adhering to food safety protocols. Ensure pleasing plate presentation for all meals and accommodate resident special diets. Complete dining room service, including set up, service, and clean up with high hospitality standards. Assist with inventory, maintain supplies in common area kitchenettes, and follow the sanitation schedule for the kitchen, equipment, and dining room. Participate in preparation for special events and promote positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors. Work part-time from 11am to 7:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Six months of experience with cooking and baking from scratch in a commercial setting
