Job Summary
Support the Chef and Sous Chef team by ensuring proper line setup prior to service, assisting in all areas of food production and storage, ensuring food is prepped, produced, and plated to quality and timeliness standards, communicating needed prep or 86’d items to the Chef after service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization with a focus on safety and sanitation in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
