Job Summary

Cook-Lead responsible for preparing meals per recipes and standards, regulating oven temperatures and cooking equipment, and ensuring quality and proper presentation. Will pull and thaw ingredients, maintain food logs, communicate menu specials and stock status to staff, and assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees. Must uphold safety, security, and confidentiality, maintain professional appearance, and support team to meet quality expectations. Physical duties include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Supervisory responsibilities are non-existent for this role, but leadership and collaboration with the team are emphasized.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
