Prepare meals according to menu and recipe guidelines while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety practices. Assist with serving meals in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean kitchen and dining spaces. Supervise food requisitions, inventory, and food rotation when the Culinary Coordinator is absent, and oversee Culinary/Resident Assistants in food preparation and dining tasks. Report unsafe conditions, complete work orders, and respond to alarms or emergency situations. Uphold confidentiality of residents and coworkers, and participate in staff meetings and safety committees.
