Job Summary
Cook needed for seasonal full-time roles supporting Goodyear, AZ with the Cincinnati Reds. Cross-train across garde manger, saucier, sauté, grill, prep, and production; maintain sanitation; receive/store groceries; contribute to healthy, flavorful meals and culinary nutrition development. Must have strong knife skills, HACCP knowledge (a plus), and ability to adapt recipes for headcount. Experience in sports-based culinary nutrition and working in a professional sports environment is highly valued. Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, non-standard hours, and successful background/drug screening. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of culinary experience
- 1+ year of sports-based culinary nutrition experience is highly desired
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to complete background check and drug screening
- Able to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Ability to commute to Goodyear, AZ
