Cook/Kitchen Staff

Manage daily kitchen operations by preparing menu items, brats, and hotdogs to order while stocking deliveries and condiments. Maintain clean workstations, sanitize dishes, clean grill drip pans, and ensure all appliances function properly throughout the shift. Keep coffee stations, refrigerators, and floors sanitized while recording cooler temperatures and waste accurately. Adhere to health department standards, maintain a food handler's certificate, and complete daily opening and closing checklists under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager and Golf Operations Manager.
