Cook - Kitchen

Prepare and portion all menu items across Chip, Grill, Southwest, and Expo stations per Prep Sheets and Company specs. Clean, sanitize, and maintain fryers, grills, and workstations while tracking waste and adhering to FIFO procedures. Weigh wings to determine cooking time, ensure proper hold temperatures, and control food quality and presentation. Coordinate with the front of house to ensure timely delivery and manage shift change duties including cleaning, stocking, and equipment checks.
