Cook - Kitchen

Prepare and portion all Buffalo Wild Wings menu items across Chip, Grill, Southwest, and Expo stations. Follow prep lists from the Manager on Duty to slice, dice, cook, and sauce food according to company product specs and fill lines. Maintain sanitary workstations, clean fryers and oil, manage sauce pumps and buckets, and track waste per shift standards. Coordinate food presentation and delivery flow between the kitchen and front of house. Perform shift change duties including cleaning, stocking, and notifying management of equipment issues.
