Prep and portion all menu items including chips, grilled foods, wings, and wraps according to shift prep lists and company specifications. Maintain clean, sanitized workstations at the Chip, Grill, Southwest, and Expo stations while managing fryer oil quality and equipment temperatures. Execute cooking tasks such as weighing wings for precise cooking times, ensuring proper hold times, and controlling food presentation for timely delivery to customers. Coordinate with the front of house to ensure smooth flow and quality assurance of all produced items. Follow FIFO procedures for inventory management, waste tracking, and station cleanup throughout the shift.
