Job Summary
Prepare breakfast, lunch, and evening meals for guests while serving high-quality, well-presented food on time. Support dietary needs safely, maintain a clean and compliant kitchen, and manage stock ordering and waste. Provide friendly customer service to guests and collaborate closely with the catering team. Rotate shifts between 6:30 am to 2:30 pm or 11:30 am to 7:30 pm over a seven-day roster. This role is part-time, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week at The Great Aussie Bush Camp in Redland Bay.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Current WWCC or willingness to obtain one
- Child Safe Commitment: all staff must hold and maintain a current Working with Children Check (WWC) as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience cooking for large groups (preferred)
