Job Summary
Cook at Food City (Kingston, TN). Prepare all food for the Food Service department per guidelines, including grill orders and fryer use; slice meats and cheeses; assist with stock, rotation, and proper packaging for self-service; maintain clean workstations and follow Food Safety program; participate in cross-training across areas and assist in ordering product and supplies. Excellent customer service and a positive, friendly, team-oriented environment are emphasized, with company-wide benefits and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Food Service experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
