Job Summary
Prepare and deliver meals per corporate recipes and standards; assist Kitchen Manager and Sous Chef to ensure menu adherence and guest satisfaction; follow Safe Food Handling procedures; maintain logs per regulations; obtain ServSafe/State Food Handler certification; work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays; operate in a fast-paced kitchen while supporting ISO/Health and Safety initiatives; lift up to 50 lbs; strong communication and teamwork in a culinary environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Culinary training/experience (1 year minimum)
- Obtain ServSafe or State Food Handler Certification
- Ability to work a variety of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
- Knowledge of food preparation and storage, sanitation requirements and commercial kitchen equipment
