Job Summary
Cook role performing back-of-house line work with multiple station responsibilities including vegetable/fruit prep, salad bar setup, meat slicer and catering prep, bread prep, and various “line” and “to go” duties. Includes duties such as sandwich making, expediting, dish/dishwasher support, and food runner tasks. Requires ability to learn routines, communicate effectively, comply with health regulations and store dress code, and to stand for up to six hours and lift up to 30 pounds. Education preferred at high school level or GED; six months of prior work experience preferred unless enrolled in school. Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience: at least six months work experience preferred (unless currently attending high school, college, or a technical or vocation school)
