Job Summary
Conduct full scratch kitchen cooking for residents and guests using state-of-the-art tools and seasonal menus. Execute flawless dishes in a timely manner while communicating with a friendly demeanor to all staff. Build personal connections through in-person interactions with residents and families. Maintain a fast-paced line station with 2 to 5 years of line cook or prep experience. Pass criminal background checks and health screenings including TB tests and vaccinations. Work part-time shifts at Ivy Park at Mission Viejo, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. Required Qualifications
- Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Must be able to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases
