Job Summary
Conduct full scratch kitchen operations at the Ivy Colorado Springs senior living community, preparing seasonal menus with state-of-the-art tools and local ingredients. Execute flawless dishes in a timely manner while building personal connections with residents and guests through in-person interactions. Collaborate within a team environment to deliver five-star service and exceptional food experiences. Requires 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced setting, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to pass criminal background checks and health screenings.
Required Qualifications
- Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Must be willing to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases
