Job Summary
Cook IV responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes and quality standards, operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers, testing for doneness, and ensuring proper portioning and presentation. Performs setup/breakdown of the workstation, maintains kitchen cleanliness, safety, and confidentiality of information. Strong emphasis on teamwork, professional communication, adherence to safety policies, and ability to stand/sustain activity for an extended period; physical ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds. Engages with ongoing culinary training opportunities through Rouxbe online platform to grow skills. Eligible to work under Marriott International as part of an equal-opportunity environment.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year of related work experience
