Job Summary
Prepares all food required by the menu using recipes and production documents, ensuring portion sizes meet guidelines and meals are ready at specific deadlines. Operates steamers, ovens, grills, and broilers safely while testing food with thermometers and adjusting cooking processes as necessary. Adheres to HACCP and infection control standards, participates in department meetings and quality processes, and attends in-service training with 100% attendance. Assists in cleaning storage areas, rotating stock, and monitoring refrigerator and freezer temperatures. Requires quantity cooking experience, math skills for ingredient calculations, and English proficiency. Full-time evening and every other weekend shifts with a $22.00 base rate plus differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.
