Job Summary
Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and production standards; set up items ahead of time, rotate perishables, check pars for shift use, assist in keeping buffet stocked, and help control food costs and waste per HEI Hotels and Resorts standards. Operate and clean equipment such as deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat top grill. Demonstrate attendance reliability and perform other duties as assigned. Requires hotel/hospitality experience with dexterity to operate food machinery, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and strong communication skills.
