Job Summary
Prepare and cook foods according to recipes and quality standards; portion, chop, and store ingredients; safely use baking and measuring tools to prepare baked goods; follow food safety policies and sanitation procedures; monitor appliance and food temperatures and report issues; maintain a clean and organized workstation, assist with setup and breakdown, and ensure overall kitchen sanitation. Maintain professional communication and foster positive teamwork; comply with quality expectations; perform duties as assigned by Supervisors; physical requirements include moving objects up to 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, and ability to reach or bend as needed. Education required is a high school diploma or GED; less than one year of related experience; no supervisory responsibilities; no license or certification required.
