Job Summary
Cook 3 prepares fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu, sets up and stocks stations with necessary supplies, and cooks menu items while maintaining safety and sanitation standards in cooperation with the kitchen staff. Responsibilities include testing foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature, operating kitchen equipment safely, and maintaining proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers. Must be able to move and lift up to 25 lbs and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform, with stamina for extended periods. Preferred qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, Food Safety Certification, prior kitchen experience, and knowledge of knife techniques and basic cooking procedures.

- Be able to work at a fast pace to execute tasks in a quick and consistent manner.
