Job Summary
Cook II at We-Ko-Pa Grille responsible for preparing menu items to set specifications, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, coolers, and storage, and delivering exceptional guest service. Role includes working a station on the kitchen line to prepare made-to-order items (steaks, seafood, sandwiches, pasta, and other menu items), ensuring food quality and accurate presentation, managing waste and sanitation, stocking and rotating inventory, and adhering to health department and OSHA regulations. No supervisory responsibilities; 40-hour work week; Native American preference noted. Must hold a Food Service Workers License and demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, recipes, and pricing. Location options include Fort McDowell, AZ and Scottsdale, AZ with in-person work arrangements.
