Job Summary
Execute all food production per Sous Chef production sheets, measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients to bake, grill, steam, and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods. Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes while occasionally serving guests. Maintain a clean, safe work area by practicing "clean as you go," utilizing proper food handling techniques, and communicating with Stewards on equipment cleaning needs. Control production to maintain a waste-free department and ensure ingredients and final products remain fresh. Handle and store ingredients and food while adhering to Bally's Casino's food quality specifications and sanitation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Completed attendance of Serv-Safe class
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment
