Cook II Positions - Winter 2026 - 27 (H-2B Visa Eligible - In-Country Only)

Cook II is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. The role supports food production, service-line operations, inventory management, and maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen/work areas, while guiding Cook I staff during food preparation and service. Must monitor food quality, temperature, and safety, maintain mise en place, and assist during peak periods. Responsible for safe operation of kitchen equipment, proper storage and labeling of products, and adherence to HACCP/sanitation standards with temperature logs. Emphasizes teamwork, courteous guest service, and collaboration with kitchen and service staff to deliver high-quality dining experiences.
