Job Summary
In this role, you will skillfully prepare hot and cold foods while maintaining the hotel’s high culinary standards. You will collaborate with kitchen associates to meet production goals and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth kitchen operations. A successful Cook II will demonstrate attention to detail, exceptional guest service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. One year of cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel is required, and luxury hotel experience is a plus. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in your work area and restocking kitchen supplies.
Required Qualifications
- One year minimum of cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment with excellent communication skills
