Job Summary
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing; wash and peel fruits/vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients; cook according to recipes and quality/presentation standards; prepare cold foods; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; test and monitor doneness and temperature; set up and break down work station; serve food in proper portions; maintain cleanliness and safety; follow safety policies and complete trainings; maintain professional communication and positive teamwork; stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds; Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer and embraces a diverse workforce.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
