Job Summary
Cook II responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes and quality standards, operating ovens/stoves/grills/microwaves/fryers, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and supporting a collaborative kitchen team. Responsibilities include portioning, washing and prepping produce, measuring ingredients, testing doneness and temperatures, setting up and breaking down workstations, serving properly portioned dishes, and adhering to safety, security, and confidentiality policies while maintaining professional communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
