Job Summary
Cook II responsible for preparing ingredients and cooking foods to recipe, quality and presentation standards; operates ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; portions, tests for doneness, and maintains cleanliness and safety of the station. Maintains food quality and temperature control, follows safety and security procedures, completes training, and supports team objectives. Requires ability to stand for long periods, reach and lift up to 25 pounds, and communicate clearly with coworkers in a professional manner. Education typically a high school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of related kitchen experience; no supervisory duties expected.
