Cook II

Cook II position at Marriott Calgary Airport. Responsible for preparing ingredients, portioning, chopping, and cooking according to recipes and quality standards; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food quality, ensure proper temperatures, and follow safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhere to safety and security policies, communicate clearly with team, and support colleagues to achieve quality and service goals. Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
