Job Summary

Prepare all food items from standardized recipes for Guest Dining, Banquets and Energy Hubs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Maintain sanitation and safety in the kitchen, minimize waste, and maximize cost/production ratio. Read and follow standardized recipes; operate shifts 5:00am-1:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm. Requires 2+ years of high-volume culinary experience and a Food Handler certification. Knowledge of roasting, grilling and frying techniques; intermediate knife skills; ability to run a shift without direct supervision; proficient in batch and banquet production; capable of maintaining proper storage and rotation of ingredients; able to complete food temperature logs and ensure a clean, sanitary work environment in compliance with local health laws. Required Qualifications

  • High School or GED completed and/or experience in a hotel culinary role preferred
  • 2 years of high volume culinary experience required
  • Food Handler certification or equivalent required
