Inspect, select, and use high-quality food items to prepare all menu items while ensuring food-to-order items are delivered to customers in a timely and consistent manner. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists, including dating all containers and rotating stock. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis, performing any other job-related duties as assigned. This unionized role requires at least two years of cooking experience, preferably in a hotel setting, along with Food Handler certification.
