Cook II providing high-quality, appealing, and nutritious foods in a hospital cafeteria/food service setting. Responsibilities include cooking, baking, basic food preparation, cleaning and stocking food service areas, properly using institutional equipment, adhering to infection-control guidelines, following dietary recipes and departmental policies, and supporting patient- and family-centered care. Shift rotations include day/evening hours with no mandatory call duties; position located at St Marys Hospital in Detroit Lakes, MN within Essentia Health’s Nutrition Services department.
