Job Summary

IHOP Cook responsible for the preparation and cooking of food products accurately and with minimal waste, learning and applying IHOP-specific galley terminology, plating, and procedures according to company standards. Maintain a sanitized and organized kitchen, prepare workstations and equipment, check ingredient quality, prepare and cook ingredients using various techniques, arrange food with appealing presentation, and manage food storage and stock. Must have prior cook experience, be skilled with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques, follow sanitation procedures, and demonstrate teamwork, communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
