Job Summary
IHOP is hiring a Cook to prepare and cook food items, learn IHOP galley terminology, plate items, and follow IHOP standards. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, verifying stock, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, standing up to 8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing duties for restaurant operations as assigned. Requires prior cook experience, proficiency with kitchen equipment, knowledge of sanitation procedures, teamwork, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Starting pay is $13.00/hour with a stated starting at $16.00/hour; flexible full-time employment benefits are available.
