Job Summary
Prepare and cook menu items in a full-service restaurant and banquet settings, set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, and ensure food is prepared on time and at high quality. Follow executive/sous chef instructions, maintain sanitation and safety standards, and support kitchen operations by stocking inventory, coordinating with staff, and ensuring mise en place. Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers, maintain professional demeanor, and adapt to varying duties as assigned by management. Experience as a certified cook or higher is preferred, with a requirement for high school or equivalent education and ability to obtain government licenses/permits as needed.
