Job Summary
Prepare breads and pastries, including doughs, fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating according to recipes and quality standards; review production sheets and monitor temperature control, food safety, and cleanliness; maintain kitchen logs for safety program compliance; communicate with Chef and management about excess items for daily specials; assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff; ensure uniform appearance and professional communication; move and lift up to 25 pounds; stand for extended periods; support team to achieve shared goals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree preferred
- No supervisory experience required
