Job Summary
Assist in preparing foods for guest dining by following standardized recipes, maintaining quality, appearance, and safety in the kitchen, and helping minimize waste to maximize cost/production efficiency. This on-site Cook I role requires a flexible schedule (days, afternoons, evenings, weekends), working across action stations, and adherence to local health department sanitation laws. Requires Food Handler certification; High School or GED is preferred; 1-2 years of hotel culinary experience preferred.
