Job Summary
Prepares all food items including entrees, soups, gravies, sauces, and therapeutic diet items per production sheets and recipes; assists in menu planning and batch cooking; sets up and serves on the line; maintains strict sanitation of the work area and all equipment; oversees storage, labeling, dating, and utilization of leftovers; helps communicate with the Chef for menu changes and orders; supports resident satisfaction through quality food preparation and service.
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 year of food production experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No certification or licensure required
