Job Summary

Cook I at Dollywood Park: versatile cooking across cuisines, adherence to proper temperatures and hold times, quality assurance and labeling/rotation (FIFO, dating, day dots), portion control and following recipes for unit-specific menus, inventory maintenance, guest questions about park layout/menu, safety and Hell Safety responsibilities, Start Fresh program usage, and operation of kitchen equipment (knives, slicers, ovens, grills, warmers, tilt skillets, kettles, mixers, etc.). Must maintain professional appearance, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and support Dollywood’s guest-focused culture with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Able to successfully complete ServSafe Manager Certification within 30 days of start date
  • Must submit to and pass pre-employment offer drug screen and background check
