Cook I

Prepare special meals, regulate oven temperatures, and pull items from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish while maintaining food logs and monitoring prepared food quality. Cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation checklists, including cold foods. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and maintain positive working relationships. Anticipate guest service needs, report maintenance or safety issues, and ensure adherence to company policies. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while lifting objects up to 25 pounds. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
