Prepare and cook menu items including burgers, cheesesteaks, grilled chicken, and fried sides according to Hwy 55 standards. Ensure orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. Monitor food quality and consistency across grill, bun, and fry stations. Support team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
