Job Summary
Prepare and cook menu items including burgers, cheesesteaks, grilled chicken, and fried sides according to Hwy 55 standards. Ensure orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. Monitor food quality and consistency across all kitchen stations, including the grill, bun assembly, and fry areas. Support team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided across all stations. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling are offered.
