Prepare food items to ensure high standards of quality and quantity for residents in our fine dining restaurant, assisted living, and skilled nursing departments. Handle all food preparation in accordance with sanitary standards and recognized food safety protocols. Create meals from scratch while maintaining strict adherence to sanitizing procedures. This role requires every-other weekend availability with shifts ranging from 11a-7p or 6a-2p. Compensation is $17-20 depending on experience. Candidates must have scratch cooking and fine dining experience, with culinary education preferred.
